What are the Company’s annual filing obligations requirements?

A company must file an annual return containing details about the company. This must be accompanied by an annual registration fee payable to the Registrar of Companies (the fee depends on the level of the registered  authorised share capital of the Company). This varies from a minimum of €100 for companies with a share capital up to €1,500; to a maximum of €1,400 for companies with a share capital over €2,500,000.

In general, a company is also required to maintain proper trade and accounting records, a register of shareholders and minutes of board of directors and general meetings.
