Main documents required:
- Certified copy of passports of beneficial owners/directors
- Good Standing Certificate and Certificate of Registration (updated) of corporate shareholders/directors, if applicable
- Reference from a reputable bank for non-resident ultimate shareholders and directors (also required for opening of bank account)
- Recent utility bill showing residential address for non-resident beneficial shareholders and directors
- A Power of Attorney authorising our associated service provider Alliance Trust Company Ltd to sign the Memorandum and Articles of the Company on behalf of the shareholders unless shares are subscribed to in a fiduciary capacity. The Power of Attorney will be supplied by us.
Additional documents and information may be required in case of companies carrying out activities requiring a special licence.
