Earlier this week, Dr Denia Ellul, partner at Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal, delivered a very interesting presentation on the EU Directive on Multiple-Vote Share Structures, the challenges and opportunities it presents for capital markets listed entities, at the Annual Company Law Conference organized by the Chamber of Advocates and the Malta Law Academy at the Valletta Campus.
