Global Residence Programme Application Requirements

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Below is a list of supporting documentation that is required to be submitted together with the Non-EU Global Residence Programme Application Form and Questionnaire (copies attached):

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any documents issued in any country other than Malta would require to be apostilled in terms of the Hague Convention at the ministry of foreign affairs in the country such documents were issued

  •  A bank draft (a personal cheque is not acceptable) made payable to the Director General (Inland Revenue) amounting to Euro 6,000 as an administration fee;
  •  Two colour passport size photos for each applicant and dependant;
  •  A certified true copy of the applicant’s passport’s main page and likewise for each dependant;
  •  An apostilled full birth certificate for the applicant hand his/her dependants;
  •  An apostilled full marriage certificate (if and where applicable);
  •  An apostilled police conduct certificate (not older than 6 months) for the applicant and his/her dependants (over the age of 18);
  •  An original Sworn Declaration on Oath executed in front of a Commissioner of Oaths in which the applicant and any dependant over 18 declare that there are no civil or criminal proceedings against him or her;
  •  In case that the applicant or any dependant has civil or criminal proceedings on-going against him/her, full details of the ongoing case;
  •  An original declaration by each dependant up to the age of 25 and still living with the applicant, that he or she is not economically active;
  •  A certified true copy of the Deed of Purchase of the property or a certified true copy of the lease agreement;
  •  In case the property in Gozo was purchased before 1st July 2013 and the purchase price was less than Euro 250,000, an original architect?s valuation confirming the current market value of  the property to be in excess of the aforementioned amount. An architect’s plan is also required;
  •  A certified true copy of a health insurance policy covering the applicant and each dependant in Malta and the entire EU;
  •   A recent curriculum vitae of the applicant;
  •  A certified true copy of the driving licence of the applicant or any other document issued by a governmental entity including the applicant?s name and residential address overseas
  •  2 certified true copies of utility bills (not older than 3 months) showing the applicants name & residential address overseas;
  •  An original bank reference in respect of the applicant;
  •  Copies of bank statements of the past year showing regular income and stable resources sufficient to maintain the applicant and his/her dependants
  •  An original signed declaration by the applicant that he/she and his/her dependants:

–  Do not intend to reside in any other jurisdiction for a period in excess of 183 days;
–  Is not domiciled in Malta and does not intend to be domiciled in Malta within 5 years from the application;
