Dr Renata Muscat joined Fenech Farrugia Fiott as a Legal Trainee in 2015 where she gained practical experience in litigation, contract negotiations and Alternative Dispute Resolution methods while still perusing her studies at the University of Malta, she left the firm in 2017 to focus further on her studies.
She successfully completed her studies and attained a Bachelor of Laws degree, followed by a Doctor of Laws Degree in 2018, whereby she submitted and defended her thesis entitled “A Critical and Comparative Analysis of the Dual Role of the Attorney General under Maltese Law”
Following the completion of her studies at the University of Malta she joined a local audit and accountancy firm, where she had exposure to corporate law, gaming and virtual financial assets. During her tenure there she obtained a certificate in ‘Introduction for Virtual Financial Assets Agents’ allowing her to be a potential designated person for the Virtual Financial Asset Agent License.
In March 2019 she joined Fenech Farugia Fiott Legal’s Litigation department as an Associate Lawyer. Her main Practice Areas are civil and commercial litigation with a keen interest in Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
