Dr Sarah Anne Borg joined Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal in 2019 as a legal trainee and has since been promoted to Associate.

Sarah graduated from the University of Malta with a degree in Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2019 a Masters in Advocacy, and consequently obtained a warrant to practice as an advocate in 2021. During her time at the University of Malta, Sarah successfully completed a semester at the University of Northumbria as part of the Erasmus+ Mobility Scheme and participated in the JESSUP Moot Court Competition organised by the International Law Students Association.

In furtherance of her studies, in 2023 Sarah graduated from the Catholic University of Lyon (UCLy) with an LL.M in Digital Law and Technologies after successfully defending her thesis on the “Adequacy of Protection of Well-known Marks”.

Sarah has also contributed to various publications, notably authoring a chapter on “Matrimonial Regimes” in “Selected Essays on Family Law” published by GħSL.

Sarah’s main practice areas include corporate and commercial law, digital and tech law and employment law.

Sarah is an avid traveller and reader and practices classical ballet in her spare time.
