Having joined our firm in June 2016, Joseph is the Office Manager of the law firm and is also the administrator responsible for the Shipping & Aviation and Intellectual Property Departments.
From a young age, Joseph was passionate about the sea and after evaluating the demand and evolution of the industry he decided to attend the OIC Navigational Watch Course at the Malta Maritime Institute. Apart from the theory aspects, he also gained hands on seatime experience onboard merchant ships. Afterwards. he continued his career working on yachts and later as a shipping agent handling various vessel operations and husbandry matters both in local ports and also in offshore dealings, thus increasing his knowledge further in the maritime industry.
Today, he conducts the ongoing ship & yacht flag registrations, while providing the required management for local and foreign client’s vessels, crew and companies. Backed by his in-depth knowledge and vast experience in the Maritime sector, he is also the point of contact on liaising the administrative procedures and technical aspects with the relevant local authorities.
During his time away from the office he likes to spend time with family and enjoys watching football, pyrotechnics, travelling, motorsports and involving himself in local feasts.
